That's the complete list. We don't ask for card numbers, bank details, or other financial information, because nothing on this site is for sale.
The clinician layer is limited to licensed MD, DO, NP, and PA professionals. We ask for your NPI number for one reason: to confirm you're eligible for that gated access. We reference it against the NPPES public registry, which is the government's public directory of NPI numbers.
We don't use your NPI for anything beyond confirming professional eligibility. Our Terms of Use describe how clinician access is granted and can be revoked.
Our forms are handled through HubSpot, a third-party CRM and forms service that acts as our processor. When you submit a form, the details you enter are transmitted to and stored in HubSpot on our behalf.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. HubSpot is the only outside company that receives it, and only because it powers our forms. We don't share your data with advertisers or data brokers.
We take reasonable steps to protect the information you give us, and HubSpot maintains its own security measures as our processor. That said, no method of transmitting or storing data over the internet is ever completely secure, and we can't promise absolute security.
This is a genuine privacy strength of the site, so we'll say it plainly: we run no Google Analytics, no advertising trackers, no third-party analytics, and no cross-site tracking cookies. We do not build a profile of you or watch how you browse.
The site itself sets no tracking cookies. The only thing we store in your browser is a single localStorage flag that remembers you dismissed the 'Install app' prompt, so we don't keep showing it. Regen Academy is also an installable app (a PWA) with a service worker that caches content so the site can work offline and load faster; that caching stays on your device.
Because our forms run through HubSpot, HubSpot may set its own cookies tied to your form submission. Beyond that, nothing here is designed to follow you.
Our Media page links out to podcast and video episodes on Spotify, Apple Podcasts, and YouTube. When you click those links, you leave our site and enter theirs. Once you're there, their privacy policies and terms apply, not ours. We aren't responsible for how those platforms handle your data, so it's worth reviewing their policies.
We keep the information you submit for as long as we need it for the purpose you gave it to us: managing clinician access requests, or sending you the newsletter you signed up for. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time, and you can ask us to delete your information whenever you like. After that, we remove it or retain only what we're required to keep by law.
